"I have been wanting to get a home equity loan from HSB and I'm a customer with them for 7 years had loans with them.Their loan department has not returned my calls , don't understand their business strategy in this. My credit score is above 800 and have investments well beyond the the amount and have 5 times of equity than I requested for the loan.I brought my business to them for the local economy but I think I'm having a change of heart. If they don't want my business who do they want???"
