"Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Had feces or vomit stains on the bathroom walls and cabinets when we moved in. Sink was clogged with vomit. Carpet had fleas. The walls are extremely thin, so we could hear the neighbors having conversation. Maintenance twice replaced a “leaking fire sprinkler head” that was actually water leaking from the apartment above, after they repeatedly refused to check out the apartment above. There were frequent messages about mail getting stolen, parties at the pool, not parking in others reserved spots. The security gates were left open for months and hardly ever worked. Dog poop is EVERYWHERE."

"The numerous amount of wreck-less drivers coming in and out of this place is ridiculous. The stop sign at entrance is treated as a suggestion. Especially life threatening in the winter, when theres black ice on the hill coming out from 4 mile toward the beltline. Not only are they wreck-less, they’re extremely rude. I cannot recount the amount of times I have either been almost hit, cut off, almost hit while walking with and without my pets, witnessing a child almost get run over, ect. Also, since the apartments moved in there is an increase in internet issues, and phone service. They destroyed probably near 100 or more trees in order to put the apartments in. They ruined four mile. Did they even think about replanting the amount of trees they cut down? Bravo to you for being a contributing factor to why our planet is dying. Bravo for increasing the near accidents while I drive home. I will continually report your community for violations of traffic laws if needed. And good luck calling them…"
"My wife and I moved in December 7th 2021. We love this place. The amenities are plentiful. The fitness Center is simply amazing. It’s set up with the same professional equipment that a commercial gym has. The staff has been friendly and eager to help us with anything we need. The clubhouse is like a lobby of a 5 star Hotel. Free fresh ground coffee, pool table, a banquet sized table for gatherings and a fireplace and large screen tv. They thought of everything."
