Flagstar Bank

"This is a review for Flagstar Bank as a whole in general. While the tellers at the Iron Mountain branch were very helpful faxing paperwork to my loan officer, the bank as a company is terrible. I closed on my house in September,made one payment then was informed they sold my mortgage. The company they sold it to are a bunch of crooks.I wanted to keep my loan local. I could have gotten a better interest rate through a different out of state lender if I wanted to deal with some across the country.My credit score was also damaged because of the sale of my loan. This has ruined the home buying experience for me and I have already stirred five people away from doing mortgage business with Flagstar. Stay away from this garbage bank."

Casey Flaminio was there to help me with any questions I had and the issue with my mobile app. I had pleasant experiences with other branches of Flagstar, but when Casey came to help, she was very polite, helpful and went above and beyond for helping me out. 12/10, I recommend her. The other employees are just as great too, but every time I went in, Casey was the one who helped me out."

She made sure we had the mobile app all set up, and provided temporary debit cards for us to use until we get our permanent ones. Lastly, the branch manager called my wife to make sure we had a great experience and that all our questions were answered.
