"This is a beautiful, modern community that has everything you could want. The kitchens are spacious, there is plenty of storage space and most apartments come with attached garages! Which is a must in the winter time. Morgan, the manager, is awesome and helps whenever needed. I highly recommend living here!"

"The Grove is a fantastic place to live! There are a ton of top notch amenities, community events, and it is in a great location right across the road from an apple orchard and walking trails. Morgan( the community manager) does a fantastic job ensuring that the property looks nice and resolving any issue that may occur. The leasing team is always happy to welcome you in as you make your way to the clubhouse and Travis, Stephen, and Brenden the maintenance team always makes sure to fix any issue, no matter how small, in a very timely manner. My dogs love the dog park and getting pets from everyone they pass on walks. Overall I cannot be more happy to live here."

"Once me and my boyfriend left, there was new management but when we were there for a year a half the gates almost never worked, the walls in the apartment were paper thin and could hear my downstairs neighbors peeing at night, the dog spa was never clean and my dog was too small to use the dog park because the fence spacing was too big and they told they were going to add another fence but never did and not to mention the workers and residents were sooooo rude, we constantly got our calls and emails ignored by staff and also got so many complaints from neighbors because our cars were “too loud” and got false accusations from our downstairs neighbors. Also trash was not taken care of most the winter and I would see the trash people throw in the “recycle” with the normal trash. This place is NOT “luxury”"

"I've lived here for two months, and I love this place. It feels safe and secure. The staff are amazing and sweet. They are always ready to help and make the experience better; they even invite food trucks for their residents to enjoy. Above all, I love their courtyard and the pool. It's a been a great two months for my wife and me."

"I’ve been living at The Grove for over a year. The Grove is a great community to live in. Besides the great community and the awesome staff, there are so many conveniences. Shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, hiking trails, movie theaters, etc. And a u-pick orchard right across the street! The leasing office staff and the maintenance staff are top class. I’m happy with my choice to live in this community and would recommend this to anyone looking."
