"I enjoyed my time at Northland Flats. It offered constant convenience with being so close to campus! The property Manager Sara was so helpful and whenever I spoke with her I always got results. If something went wrong I could rely on her and the office staff to help me out too.Thank you! I truly loved where I lived."

"Maintenance consistently isn't showing up to scheduled times, and when they do, the installation/repair job is done sub-par. A recently installed transition strip between the kitchen and living area (since the tacks in the carpet were left exposed when we moved in) was missing 6/10 nails, it's bent in one corner, which presents a new hazard, it wasn't properly measured, and the nails holding the strip in are loose. On another occasion, it took upwards of 3 weeks to have a new part ordered and installed for our dishwasher because they kept forgetting to place the order."

"I love living here, which sounds cliché, but is true! The staff are extremely helpful and respond as quickly as they can! If there is a problem, they look into it and see what they can do to resolve it. One of my favorite people to deal with is Sarah because she is exceptional at her job and goes above and beyond in my opinion!"

"Their slogan is “Love where you live” and I do. I’ve lived here for almost a couple years now and I love it. They’re always giving away free stuff, having raffles, resigning deals, and your rent tends to go down every year. If you follow the rules, you won’t have any issues. When I say rules, they’re not anything crazy; decent human being rules, such as picking up after your pets, not leaving trash outside, not being loud during quite hours, etc; fairly easy rules to follow. The only time you’ll have a problem with management is when you don’t follow said rules that are listed clearly in the lease. For example, I had some issues with a selfish group of neighbors last year. Management was on it and eventually the issues where taken care of. Definitely would recommend living here"

"Not happy with northland flats apartments. They ignore you if anything is wrong with the apartment. I found mold in my bathroom and we had a flea infestation for over 2 months they refused to clear up. Maintenance told us it was our responsibility to clean up the fleas. They don’t answer their phone calls during business hours. Tried emailing still no response. Really rude over the phone when you do get ahold of them. Overall not a good place to live. Only if you like being unhappy"
