"Going on four years as a resident of these townhomes. Have loved my time here, and will be sad to leave, once I close on a house later this year. Pros: - Excellent customer service (Jamie and Brooke are very easy to work with, and quick to respond) - Great rent portal for setting up maintenance requests, autopay, etc. - Amazing location, near the new Meijer/Aldi, and less than two minutes to the highway - Pet/family friendly Cons: - Really not anything of note, but if I had to put one con, I'd just say the lack of guest parking for some of the units close to Sunchase Ave can be a bit difficult to navigate, especially in the winter"

"We found this place on the marketplace. We spoke to Brook and we met up at the condo the next day. She showed us upstairs two bedroom one bath. Master bath is a little small. The second bathroom is quite big. Main floor kitchen it’s nice size half bath is very comfortable,pantry/closet and the living room area is comfy as well. The deck is a good size we like the view it’s pretty. Basement is a good size for a spare room working area or office we like that it has washer and dryer included. We chose the two garage unite ,and glad we did they are very spacious , we have also noticed the windows are solid no wind coming through unless you open them, Doors are quite solid and floors are solid no squeaky noises that is a plus for me. We are very close to Myers and so much more. Brook was awesome at helping us fill out the application and making sure that we were taken care of during our move !! very grateful that she answered my message on Facebook Can’t wait for spring ,so we can go for walks around the neighborhood!"
