When the folks at this UPS saw that it was baby milk, they refrigerated it with ice packs and called me immediately to make arrangements for pickup. They were very concerned and eager to get it to me quickly. Becky, Carrie and 2 gentlemen who all helped with this showed so much caring and kindness!! They made a bad situation into no problem!!"

"I have no complaints about the service center, but please tell your drivers not to leave packages by garage doors. It is so easy not to see them and run them over, and we have an easily accessible porch near the garage where all our other packages are delivered. This is the second time I've had to complain to UPS about this, after one of my packages was run over and destroyed, and another expensive package was nearly run over. There's no local number to call, so I felt this (along with calling the 800 number for a second time) was the only way to get in touch with Gaylord UPS directly."
