"I would put literally 0 stars if I could. Some of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to in my life. If I could leave the home I’m staying at I would literally today. The only way they even let you leave a lease is pay how much you would spend through out the lease…. So about $12,000 or more or pay rent on the place until someone moves in that you aren’t even staying at. They let other occupants smoke cigarettes to the point where your home smells like cigarettes. Puts the same lock codes on every door in the house. So ANYONE who lives there knows how to get in your home. The worst feeling ever and is violating."

"Firstly, to start scheduling a showing on a property was a giant pain. I called their Muskegon location, six or seven different times to schedule a showing and luckily I got through one time and was able to schedule the showing. I went to the showing, viewed the property, and was absolutely in love with it. As soon as I got home from the showing, I put in my application. Following that I waited the promised time posted on the website and still had yet to receive a response so I went back to the phone. It took a week to finally get in touch after calling 2-3 times a day, then I was told the people ahead of me backed out and my application was next up… fast forward to now a month and almost 2weeks later still no response to any emails/voicemails. They took my application fee and information and ran. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB this is not how you operate a business period. Hopefully we can sort this out by the time the bbb is contacted."
"I have lived in my home for almost a year now and i have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS .. any issues i've had they have fixed promptly ! Nicole Larson made sure all my needs were met and and i moved into the house i wanted..the maintence coordinator Demario has also been beyond helpful even after business hours! "My wife and I have rented from lighthouse property management for over four years, three and a half years when this issue happened. Our drain become clogged. It took lighthouse two weeks and still no help. Lighthouse had a worker come to replace the hot water heater. I asked him if he could clear our drain. The worker was able to snake the drain. As I said, I have been living here over three years with no drain issues. Lighthouse said there were forien objects in the drain. They said grease build up was my fault."
