"Elk Lake Floral arranged a stunning bouquet for me and delivered to my brother and sister-in-law in Elk Rapids. The owner called me right away after I placed the order and stated that they were out of some of the flowers shown in the arrangement that I ordered online. She assured me that she would arrange a very similar bouquet with the same colors as shown. They received it within a couple of hours, and were so pleased... they sent me a picture. I like it better than the one I ordered! It is stunning and beautiful! Thank you so much Connie!!!"
"If I could give one star I would. We ordered an $80 bouquet for Mother's Day online (as we live out of state) on 5/9/2020. After all charges for tax and delivery added up, it was $101 and some change. Apparently my order was cancelled the same day but went to my spam. The earliest delivery date option was for 5/12, which was completely okay with us. On 5/11 I received a "Thank you for you order" email with the expected delivery of 5/12. Okay, awesome. Again, unaware of a cancellation email. I call on 5/14/2020 to inquire on why my order was never delivered and was greeted with the absolute worst customer service I had ever encountered. She was rude, snappy, and basically told me it wasn't her problem that I didn't check my spam. How would I have known to check my spam for a cancellation when I receive a confirmation the day before delivery. CALL your customers when you need to cancel, maybe?....Now here's the kicker. THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY. She also said it wasn't her problem that it was my banks?! I have never had an order not refund that was supposedly 'cancelled' before. So now it's 9 days after my initial transaction and I am sitting on the phone with Chase for an hour to have a dispute placed......DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! They take your money and never deliver a product."
"I did my wedding flowers through Connie last summer and i never regretted it! She was so amazing and helpful. We didn’t spend as much as a lot of other places would have charged us! She understood my vision and made it come true. Love her and definitely recommend her floral shop to anyone and everyone!"
