"The drivers arbitrarily decide which houses to deliver to during the winter months. On some streets you see them drive up over snow mounds to deliver to peoples mail boxes while on other streets they skip houses claiming that the boxes are not reachable. I went into the office once and showed them pictures of their trucks driving up over snow mounds the same day they skipped my box. I also had proof that the area around my box was cleared that particular day. Good luck getting your mail during the winter. The workers have poor decision making skills."
"The current driver on the state road route consistently marks my packages as delivered when they have not been. Can you hire more help so the guy doesn't have to lie to keep his job?"
"Had a delivery scheduled and was waiting at the house - where the package needed a signature, I was in full view of the mailbox about 250 feet away - they dropped off a "Sorry we missed you note" made no attempt to come to the house to get a signature watched the P.O. compact Jeep with flashing lights drive by the house two more times and put more mail in the box, after they said they made an attempt to deliver (did he actually think I was going to sit by the mailbox to sign for it ?) Item was a XXXMas present, so much for "neither snow, sleet or rain" more like if it's too much work to get out of my car you're not going to to get it delivered."
"It would be nice to be able to actually contact the building about picking up attempted mail instead of endless call menus that are redundant"
"Wondering if too much to ask for mail to be actually placed in the mailbox?"
