"We were on our way home from Florida and trying to avoid personal contact as much as possible while traveling 1700 miles..First problem was our fuel rewards card from Shell would not work nor our credit card together. Credit card worked well if we did not use our fuel rewards card. After filling the tank, the pump would not give us a receipt and informed us we would need to see cashier. Walked into a very nice clean and busy store with only one person working so stood in line behind four others who were making purchases after eight minutes I was there and all I needed was the receipt. They need to hire a few more to take care of customers and keep paper in their pumps. I was not happy."
