"Dangerous place to live. If you are paying rent, you expect to have at least a management staff that can handle complaints delicately, but not here. We had issues with a neighbor resulting in us calling the police, and the police ask if you want to stay anonymous since they're neighbors, and we said yes please. Management not only told the tenants what we said, but that we're the ones who said it, putting a target on our back. How could we recommend someone live here, when imagine you a problem with a tenant, and management sends the abusive tenants right to your door! Any issues we had after that we were way to scared to say anything because of what has happened."

"I have been living at Woodland Ridge Apartments since June and we have been talking about moving out since we moved in. I have struggled to write this review due to our experience. The location is great, it's the redeeming quality that makes this place special. I am ten minutes from Lake Michigan and there are hiking trails right out my door! The front office staff has been great! They are quick to address any issues when we reach out. The biggest downside of this apartment complex is the noise. Unfortunately I can hear the neighbors below us almost constantly. The walls seem paper-thin, making it impossible to escape the noise from neighboring units. Slamming doors, yelling neighbors and general disturbances are all too common. If you're seeking a peaceful living environment, be prepared for disappointment. I would not recommend Woodland Ridge if you work from home. Despite quick maintenance responses and a great front office staff the issue of poor noise insulation overshadows other positive aspects of this complex. Footsteps and even more disturbing, yelling, from the floor below are audible. This regularly wakes me up in the mornings and is disruptive when trying to work and relax. While the management did address maintenance issues promptly, it would be beneficial if they were more proactive in maintaining a peaceful living environment. In conclusion, the great location and the relatively quick resolution of maintenance issues have been saving graces thus far. However, the persistent noise from inconsiderate neighbors make it a less-than-ideal choice for those seeking tranquility and a premium living experience. It's a decent option, but there's room for improvement."

"This is a great place to live for families or for individuals. It's calm and quiet, yet close enough to the beach or fun activities such as downtown Grand Haven. It's also safe. Amenities are great. Gym, dog park, outdoor area for grilling, pool, and the list goes on. I really like living here, and I am glad I found it as it suits my needs perfectly."
