"Just here to echo what most of these reviews have already told you. I was verbally berated on the phone for trying to get our money back during the pandemic. I have never encountered a more unprofessional business owner. Truly disappointing, especially since the space is so beautiful and in a great location to host a wedding."

"They kept my sons full deposit after canceling over a year in advance. I'm sure they filled that date with another wedding got paid twice. Nice busness model. People that do busness this way don't last."

"Completely disappointed in Baker Lofts response to forced cancelled events and their withholding of payments. Speaking for a family member who's wedding was cancelled (due to mandate) and Baker Lofts is keeping all of the $4,000. For a small-town venue that relies on community support, this is ridiculous. Many venues are experiencing the restrictions, but still working with their clients to make right, not Baker Lofts. Don't recommend old Baker Lofts."

"Very disappointed with baker lofts, our wedding was canceled due to Covid and baker lofts kept all of our money, not just the deposit. They only gave us the option to reschedule but didn’t have a single Friday or Saturday available for well over a year. When we contacted them recently the man we spoke to was incredibly rude and hung up on us. Definitely do not recommend."

"We just had a wedding reception at Baker Lofts. They are great to work with in the pre-planning stages making the event itself very enjoyable. Everything met our expectations. The place is beautiful with the lighting at night. The food was delicious, plentiful and artistically displayed on the buffet. The serving staff worked efficiently and professionally. There were no surprises for us."
