"I went in with my girlfriend who is 7 months pregnant to get her snacks and get me a can of chewing tobacco. He then declined my purchase because she doesnt tuen 18 for another month. Even though iam the legal age to purchase tobacco. Nowhere in michigan law as far as I've seen does it state that a sale can be declined for that reason for tobacco products. The Male cashier also had a horrible attitude and has had one toward me in the past. I live a couple blocks away from the ez mart, but I will be driving uptown when i need something from now on."
