"March 1 ,2023 after I had the bad experience with purchasing a box of stale cookies due to it being slow , the owner, Kevin went out of his way to drive up to my work and wanted to make it right. He also gave me a refund on my cookie purchase and a free bag of cookies that was very touching to me. Not a lot of places will go out of their way to do something that considerate, and I really appreciate the effort that he did for me as a customer. I look forward to purchasing cookies in the future from cookie by design on Hayes and again the owners were very nice and made it right. I’m glad I had an opportunity to talk with the owner and was able to resolve the situation.thanks again .Patricia"
