"This place needs New Management and people that care about their community we pay ridiculous amounts to rent a property and have no commodities no pool no decent Park no anything there is nothing added that makes this a park with a perk rent has gone up excessively every single year in the seven years that I have been here, Along with our utilities that were supposedly included have skyrocketed it is almost not worth renting in a park where you already own your home you own your home and still pay more than a mortgage payment."

"The park is getting better, I know they have been working on the community lighting through the park it’ll be nice when it’s done, now management needs to maintain the rules too many potholes. If they’re not maintained, they’re just gonna get worse the management of the perk wants the community to come together and do a spring cleanup and what not but what is the management of the parts want to do their part of the community to I need to maintain these roads. Someone can break an ankle or something at night when they’re walking and that would be a lawsuit because they’re not maintaining them. Nothing bad about the management or the park!!!"
