"This company is a terrible company and if I had any other option I would go through someone else. They do not inform their customers about pickup delays when it comes to trash, and then when they're people MISS pickup they do not compensate either. The service is way too pricy for what they provide and they are not a reasonable company either. Definitely the worst review I have ever had to give. EDIT: If I could give you a 0 star rating I would...this di the wordy company possible. I am VERY upset"

"Keep raising there prices. Three times now since they took over all the little companies around us. We had no options but them! Now there's a new option and much cheaper...Going from 112.00 for 3 months and now to 79.00 is much better. The price of gas and labor and everything has effected us all so keep those excuses to yourself...We all have had to shoulder those burdens. If we can save on our trash bill we gladly will....."

"Cancelled my service last month because the prices were steadily climbing and there are much better options. Last pickup and garbage can pickup was scheduled for Dec 26th. I have called multiple times because it is still sitting at the end of my driveway waiting for pickup. It has been a month now. Every time we have called we are told it will be picked up that day and never even asked our names or address of service. Terrible customer service, my property is not your storage facility. Please follow through with your multiple promises and remove this can. If it’s still a problem I will dispose of it for you. Completely worthless."

"Our neighbors use GFL and every week right in front of our yard they dump the front dumpster into the big back one and trash goes flying out everywhere in our yard. I've called and complained four times now. This last time, I called and asked to speak to a manager. I have not heard back from anybody yet. We followed the truck down the road and trash was flying all over everywhere, out of the back. This is called littering and last I knew littering is against the law. When it happens again I will call the police.We have never had this issue with other trash collector. I'm glad we don't use them!"

"Paid for two garbage cans but only took one at pickup time. Called office and they stated they would come the next day and pick up the missed can....never showed up. Called the office the Monday of pickup to remind them we paid for 2 cans. Monday came and they took one of the garbage cans with them. Called again to the office. Instead of bringing back the garbage can and making it right that day, they are making us wait until the next pickup...while garbage is now place outside on the ground. This is not good customer service. I also watched one of their workers dump a garbage can. Garbage dropped on the road and he walked right over it and moved down the road. I had to go out and pick it up off the road. Make it right for your customers! If I could give a 0 rating, I surely would."
