"The woman at their home office is unprofessional as can be. They gave me bad vibes since the moment they got in touch with me. They charge 3 months rent out of the gate just to move in to a section 8 income based apartment. Lady at home office yelled at me for having a serious life event happen that prevented me from moving in when she was ready. Fees like I dodged a bullet. Shady business preying on elderly and disabled people."
