"This is a great example of a company that doesn't stand behind their product. They will take your money over and over but the moment you have a problem they use every excuse they can to not exchange the product they sell. I asked for contact information for the management twice and both times I was told that information is private, seems to me the management like to hide and has his/or hers employees deal with complaints. STOP SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! I never heard of a retail store not standing behind their product I was told to contact the company that makes the product, ridiculous. This is the establishment on N Lincoln Rd. Escanaba MI."

"E So 2nd time I've been sold junk that doesn't work from here ,waste of money mostly but here's what happened; Elmer answered the phone today when I called to inquire about my broken pen they sold me this Thursday night. He says I can't do any returns or refunds we have a no refunds policy. I said I never said I wanted a return I told you why I called and told you I'm having a hard time using a broken pen you just sold me a day ago along with other expensive pens and lighters.. now I asked why I couldn't possibly get an exchange or something right after not being satisfied with him not even offering to try to fix it or show me how it works incase it's me doing some wrong. No no I asked to speak to the manager he says no I am the manager I said what's your name he repeats Ernie twice. I then call back and he says this is Elmer speaking at www. I said oh hi Elmer boy your name changed fast but any who I spent a lot on this pen he cuts me off says we don't do refunds I told you I said I told you I didn't want a refund I just want to know why you didn't even offer to look at it or try to repair it.. now he starts asking me what store number the reciept says ... Why well your prob calling the wrong store.. I said are you on main he says yes .. I said oh oh you just don't want to deal with me .. I'll be in and click."

"Not a bad shop, but frankly the only reason I bother coming here anymore is because they're open on the weekend. There's been 2 different kinds of vape coils I've needed, but every time I've checked for the year or so, they're always "not in yet", or they "still got to place the order". Pretty disappointing, you'd think if they don't stock them anymore they'd just say so."

"Very poor customer service! And you if buy ur own tobacco it is extremely dry and taste like incense! I have made a complaint prior to leaving this review. Nothing was fixed about the taste it is still kept on shelf for months absorbing the incense taste."
