"Horrible customer service today! Confirmed my appointment last night for 9:00 am pick up. Waiting for an hour no ride contact Rita who claims they left early last night and just arrived in at 10 so “oops sorry” they didn’t assign a driver then change and say I’m not in their system!! Do not rely on this horrible unprofessional company insist on a different one when scheduling! 50$ cancellation fee that I now owe my doctor and she laughed!"
