"Extremely bad working conditions, unprofessional, incompetent and lazy “workers” in the company. Dispatchers who are employed there for a long time can’t stand if someone new is doing the job better than them. The company is full of scams towards both drivers and dispatchers and the salary is usually being late. The brokers are usually cheated in every way by this company as well. The relations between the dispatchers are disastrous and there is a lot of jealousy. Everyone is only looking out for their own benefit and trying to cheat everyone they can. Their dispatch team doesn’t even know English well and doesn’t know how to use most of the sites needed for work. The owner of the company knows literally nothing about the business, but acts like he does. I have worked here as a dispatch for 8 months and have nothing but bad things to say about them. Would give 0 stars if possible."
