"Overpriced and careless. I hired them for a whole-house pack & move. They sent me novice movers who had no idea how to pack. It took them an extra day to pack because they were short-staffed. Many items were broken because they weren't packed correctly... many boxes with items simply dumped in. They even packed some of my stuff in a garbage bag!!! No care or organization. Many pieces of my beautiful wood furniture were severely damaged. The truck was poorly organized. With only two guys to unpack the truck, they failed to leave themselves enough time to unpack. So they threw my stuff into storage and the house and left. Macy's prices for Walmart service. Heartbroken and disappointed. I do NOT recommend."

Orginal review 2/9/24: First time using an moving service for my small (but cluttered) apartment move. Everything from the scheduling process to the move itself was top-tier! Chris and another young man (I can't remember his name) was very efficient and quick during the entire moving process. I'd highly recommend All My Son's moving services!"

"I wish there were more stars to give. The easiest part of our move was working with all my sons moving. Mark and Anthony were so attentive and helpful not once did I have to direct them or tell them what to move all it took was one walk through and they got it down. When we got to my building they were so patient with all the issues that came up. Nothing broke and everything was set up perfectly! Couldn’t recommend them enough!! the office even called the day of to make sure everything was going smoothly.’ My family and I are very satisfied. Thank you all my sons!"

"Don’t even waste the time calling for an estimate. I should have gone with my first choice. Management is rude. I was doing a lot more work than I planned when they were at my home. If companies want to know EVERYTHING that is in your home, then they should come do a walk through and not just ask about large items over the phone. What do you expect for a two bedroom apartment? Only couches and televisions? I was sliding things to the door for them to take out since they appeared to need something to do. They left several chips in my pristine white bedroom set that I have kept in great condition for the 7 years since I purchased it. Left without reassembling the mirror to the dresser. Can’t find the screws to reassemble my table. That table didn’t even need to be disassembled. An estimated 4 hour job took just under 7 hours. Management was not helpful. The movers were friendly and pleasant but that doesn’t really matter at the end of the day. 2 hours later…. Found a broken lamp that was put in storage. No one said anything about breaking anything. Next day….they added a mover because I asked to have the kitchen packed up. Guess what, I’m back at my old apartment the NEXT DAY, packing up my kitchen. So, I paid more for a third person who didn’t do what they charged me for. The box labeled ‘Basement Kitchen” was finally located in the upstairs bathroom."
