"The apartments and maintenance guy are good, the apartment buildings are nice looking and haven't had any real issues, and the rare few the maintenance guy has helped easily with. It's easy for them to raise your rent but takes months if they even do lower it though. So if you have a job that changes your paycheck monthly it'll be a pain in the winter months to make it through. We're still struggling and haven't gotten any help or any update on lowering our rent, just excuses."
