"Unfortunately I cannot leave zero stars. I live here and received a lease violation for having the police and my boyfriend kick in the door to save my life. Then a few days later I got another one for being upset in the office for the first violation. Then I was charged $589 to fix a door with “completed work” and the door doesn’t close, the lock doesn’t work, and the wall surrounding the door has patches of drywall mud where it is still unfinished. Then I received a violation today because I allowed my children’s grandfather stay with us for 2 weeks and he refused to leave forcing us to put his belongings in my front yard. He got mad and called and told my apartments I had people living with me who aren’t on the lease. How is any of this fair? Yet I live here because what other option do I have in this town? It’s sad. Update to 01/26/24. I’ve been threatened with the police being called any time I try to speak to the office staff. I am still waiting for my door to properly be fixed as have many pictures and videos of it not working. I also have mold under my kitchen sink. They are coming to replace the wood today and just as they did last time they will not clean the mold just simply lay new wood over it. I’ve been sick for going on 2 years with allergy like symptoms. I have to take allergy shots monthly ever since the mold started happening. Coincidence? I don’t think so. I just told the property manager that I will watch from my camera as I am afraid of a lease violation which is what she literally threatens any time I try speaking with her in person. Or the police being called. Don’t live here unless you are mentally stable and willing to be bullied because that is all you get. Also if you call the corporate office to speak to her boss she doesn’t respond to calls. I did however get in contact with Warren dungee the vice president of the company and will be sending all the pictures of the mold and broken door they still expect $600 for. DONT LIVE HERE ITS HELL"

"Literal mold everywhere in these apartments not to mention the amount of fruit flies that infest every single one of these apartments in the summer. These apartments are disgusting. The property manager is a mean bitter racist lady who when I lived there would constantly talk negatively about my son and even yelled at him on several occasions. This place needs new management and needs a complete remodel."
