"Moved in October of 2022, in November I was 18 weeks pregnant walking down the stairs because I lived on the second floor the stair case crumbled under me causing me to fall down the stairs, after reporting I never got a phone call nothing all I got was a email saying to send in a injury complaint and someone would contact me. While looking at the stair case they had rotting wood and broken steps all up my stair case. After months of filing for maintenance on the stairs so no one else would get hurt or fall down them they finally decided it was time to fix A COUPLE steps not all. This complex is very cheap but will charge you for every little thing. They don’t care about anything. After a year finally settled and they still have never said a word to me or an apology in person. Not to mention their “luxury” pool is always “ down for maintenance” so that can never be used, there property is non smoking but my neighbors who worked there smoked in his garage and when I brought it to their attention they shut the garage door and never responded never said a word and continued to smoke in the garage. Property manager never walked the property to ensure curb appeal. Had siding hanging down for months. Property techs came too multiple calls in the building and never “seen” the defect. Had to submit multiple work orders to get it fixed. I had submit a ticket for each step that was broke. Family above us were constantly jumping and running around their apartment. Made multiple attempts to be neighborly followed by complains to the office. Office responded that if I didn’t like it to move. Find someplace else if you can!"

"We love the location and the amenities, especially LIV Fit and the year round hot tub. The leasing office staff are always available for questions, concerns or just a visit to say Hi! The maintenance staff always responds to any issues quickly and repairs are done right the first time. The grounds are well maintained and pleasant. The easy access to the Miller Creek Nature Preserve is a a definite asset."

"If you have a little extra income I definitely recommend living here. The grounds are kept nice, the community is safe, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the amenities the upgraded apartments had and my back balcony looked over the woods and was quite a nice view."
