"I have been in this community for 7 years. My apartment has been quiet and the tenants have all been friendly and quiet in the evening. The wooded scenery is nice while living right in town. My favorite part of this experience, without question, has been the manager, Isaac. Isaac always goes above and beyond for all of us. He always has a smile on his face and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and things are done properly. He and his staff have been nothing but professional and kind. The world needs many more Isaac's. : ) I plan to continue living here until I buy another home, and I am grateful for the current staff. It has been a great place to live!"

"I rented a unit at Sugar Plum for my college-age daughter. It's a great location and one of the few places in Traverse City that is pet friendly. The leasing agent, Charmin, was super helpful and answered all my bazillion questions. The property manager, Isaac is also very responsive and addresses any issues promptly. So far, we've been very pleased with the apartment complex and staff!"
