"Let me just start by saying, the neighbor we had was CRAZY!!!!!!! They moved a nice lady from the cabin next to us, and moved in a mother with two kids who raised all hell with her children. We were told when we first got there that we would be provided with fire wood and to call them when we needed anything, we called SIX times and nobody ever answered or returned our phone call! We were also informed NOT to smoke in the cottage which was 100% understandable and we made it a point not too! Although 2 out of 6 people only smoked, BOTH of those people smoked outside and made sure not too smoke in the cabin, or with the door open! Not only did a cleaning fee get paid, but also an additional $100 fee was taken out for "the smell of smoke in the house" which is completely absurd!!! We will never rent from this place again, we paid a good amount of $$, followed all rules, and nobody ever returned our calls and took out additional money for absolutely no reason.. seems like they just wanted additional money to me!!!! Never again, there's plenty of other reasonably priced places in torch!"
