"Movers never showed up. We had movers scheduled with Justin for pickup on June 28th or 29th. The day before the scheduled pickup we got a text saying they would be there between 9-3 that day and they never came. After many unanswered calls and texts that evening they told us they could not come that day and they would send someone tomorrow (the 29th). On the 29th the same thing happened no one showed up or even called to say they weren't coming. After all the stress we ended up having to get a Uhaul and thankfully they do shipping containers. Justin refused to refund the $950 deposit saying that its in the contract that they can come whenever the 28th and 29th are just estimated dates which makes very little sense when moving because you generally need your stuff out by a certain date."

"I spent days looking for a moving company, getting estimates and reading reviews and even though Justin wasn't the least expensive he seemed honest and reliable. I believed his estimate of 350 cubic feet based on the size of my storage unit (which I provided the dimensions of) and the basic items needing to be moved: a bed, three dressers, a crib, a desk, an exercise bike, a TV, a vanity and 25 medium boxes. When the movers arrived, they said I had more than double that and the price increased substantially. I spoke to Justin through text since he wouldn't answer the phone. We ultimately decided just to take the 350 cubes worth of stuff as specified in the contract. Problem solved, right? Unfortunately, what was in the contract as 350 cubic feet was NO WHERE NEAR what the actual movers were saying was 350 cubic feet. Photos attached to show what the company deemed 350 cubes (plus the bed). Justin refutes that this results in a void of the contract and will not return my refund. I was more than happy to only have the movers take WHAT WAS IN THE CONTRACT. NOTE: THREE of the 5-star reviewers "Ashley Nester" "Thomas Nester" and “Courtney Nester” are OBVIOUSLY related to the owner so I'm sure he just got a bunch of family and friends to manufacture reviews for him."

"Everything Justin told me over the phone was a lie and now im half way across the country with my stuff in a storage facility on the other half of the country side. He is not a moving company he's a scammer all the reviews you've read are fake accounts he probably made to give himself a higher rating do not trust this man he's only looking for a quick buck You told me it would take acouple days for the move its been well over the couple days I found out it would take 21 days from the actual moving company my stuff is not on a trailer being delivered it is sitting in a storage facility in CA.. NOT BECAUSE I WANT IT TO BE BUT BECAUSE THERE IS NO TRUCK AVAILABLE TO PICK IT UP iv been talking to Brooklyn movers which is the actual company that picked up my stuff nothing you told me over the phone has been true everything you said was in fact a lie"

"Talked to this company about moving my things from Oklahoma to Florida. He’s a broker not a transportation company. After reading reviews and seeing copy’s of this contracts he will let your things sit at a warehouse for weeks on end with no known timeline of them moving. His contracts benefit him and his company while providing no coverage or reassurance for the customer."
