"New owners are doing a fabulous job renovating this beautiful historical home! I can't wait to see the finished product. This home is a Boyne City landmark and will is rented out though Airbnb and with VRBO. With a beautiful location right on Boyne River you are within withing distance of everything downtown Boyne City has to offer. So many great places to ear and cute little shops. Lake Charlevoix is also within walking distance. Would be a great place to rent in the winter as well, for ski trips! We will be back."
