I opened an account online and everything went good and I came in Joey setup my account which his customer service was excellent if I could rate him 5stars I would but if I could rate this bank a 0 I definitely would and this is not how you run a major corporate I haven’t even been a customer for over a week and my account gets closed for “suspicious activity” when all the activity was, was daily use of life normal transactions I am very disappointed they closed my account didn’t tell me anything and then still have my funds in the account along with another transaction that was supposed to go in there that they have no record of what a horrible experience and definitely will not be going back to this wretched bank"
