"Great shop. I will drive far out of my way to go to this bike shop for any tune up or repair I need done personally. They most recently tuned up my older Cannondale caad 9 and it feels like a brand new bike again. They went out of their way to replace some screws that were getting a little rusty. I could really tell a difference in smoothness shifting where they realigned my front and rear derailleur. They also did a compete overhaul on my front hub. I couldn’t recommend this place more for service. I’ve personally never bought a bike from here, but that may change in the future. Thank you stony creek bike shop for your service!"

"I didn’t go in for a bike but I do want to applaud who I believe is the owner. He parked in the parking lot for an event at my childrens school due to overflow parking. That traffic on van Dyke was insane, as usual. The owner literally ran out of the building and blocked traffic so our family can cross. If this says anything about the customer service inside that I am absolutely sold. We are buying new bikes in the spring, and we have already made a commitment to ourselves to purchase from here.
