"I purchased a '23 Sea Doo Spark 3up Trixx from Jeff this summer. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, easy to deal with, and everything from the sales point was great. Unfortunately the machine broke down a week later with only 5 hours on it. I took it back to the service department which diagnosed a faulty start switch that they ordered a replacement overnight. It took me calling the service department several times and over 2 weeks to get the part in, and get it installed. Three weeks later it was back in service for no power and running rough when in water. A quick search on the owner forums suggested it is a common issue with the exhaust clamp breaking causing this issue which I informed the service advisor about. Three days later, I was informed that the mechanic checked everything out, including the exhaust clamps, and there was nothing wrong with the machine. Disappointed, that day, I took the Spark to another nearby Sea Doo dealer. Their mechanic looked at the machine right in front of me in the parking lot. He reached inside the engine compartment and identified a broken exhaust clamp. They had the part stock and replaced within an hour while I waited. From my experience with K&W, it is a great place to purchase a new Sea Doo jet ski from, but if you have to have your machine serviced, the service department is terrible. I felt like they were rude, and didn't really care to fix my machine. Within the first month of owning it, their service department had it for almost three weeks and forced me to take it somewhere else to get it fixed."
