"Very bad brokerage and unprofessional staff. They never care about their carriers. They are telling lies about their loads with appointments for pickup and delivery. Broker told only 4 hours for loading but had to wait for a day. And they told they would unload us as soon as we get there and facility is 24 hours open, but we have waited over 10 hours now and still they have not unloaded us. And the worse, they do not want to pay compensation for killing carriers days and spoiling plans. Never book loads with Brett Fair especially Coca Cola loads in TX."
