"Myself and my wife applied there and then we got an rejection letter from them over an eviction and also credit history. I just wish that they would over look it and let people live there no matter what their credit history or anything like that."

"I applied here and paid the application fee and they said I was approved and on the waiting list. They were talking to me for months like I was still approved and going up the waiting list. Then I called in July to see where I was in line and they said they send me a letter in June saying I wasn’t (I never received said letter). They said it was an error on their end that they approved me in the first place, so I asked since it was an error on their end if they would waive the next application. The woman on the phone was very sharp and rude after I asked that and said they don’t give refunds, I said no I would like the application WAIVED. She said “we don’t do that” and then hung up on me."

"Lived there for a little bit managers were rude only nice person was the maintenance person.."

"They're low income apartments and they do their best to help out the families that have to live there. However my oldest daughter and her father live there and they're having a hard time but making the best of it. It's all in who your neighbors are. Some old friends live there and they have seen some stuff. If you have to live there then make the best of it. Don't blame the managers for the hooligans who cause the issues."

"I liked it here at first when I first moved in then I started to hate it here luckily I got out of there and moved somewhere else with my family"
