"We've been to this location twice to return Amazon merchandise. Both times we had the same man process the returns, both times he's given us a hard time. We've never had an issue at any other UPS store or Kohls. We drive 30 minutes to get to this UPS store, and had to take items back to contact Amazon."

"The fees are obscene. Now they charge $2.50 to print a shipping label for a package they are being paid to ship. $6.00-8.00 place an item in a box I buy from them. I'll do anything to avoid this place. The employees are lovely people just doing their job administering ridiculous fees."
