"Pros: -Locally owned family business. -Good selection of lunch meats. -Some of the staff are helpful. -Decent prices on most items. Cons: -Their refrigeration units don't function properly so some of the meats are stored at near room temp (the ones containing salami/bacon especially). Other units are packed with ice on top of the meats to keep them cool but the ice quickly melts causing a slurry of water/meat juice inside the unit. -As a result of the refrigeration issue, their butchered meats go bad very quickly (sometimes within a day or less). When I mentioned this to them, it fell on deaf ears. So if you get meat from them, make sure it smells okay and then cook or freeze it on the same day. -If you pay with a credit/debit card, they straight up ask you for your pin number instead of having the machine on the counter within reach. It just feels awkward and unsecure."

"Do not get deer processed. 200 for the worst job ever. Full of bones and never trimmed fat off anything. Wrapping job was so bad had to redo it. Never again."

"We purchased the $420.00 package from Shannon. She was great when selling us the package. I explained I was Leary about buying meat and explained my past experiences she said do not worry they are guaranteed no questions asked. When I got the meats home we tried the filet - thinking and being told they were filet mignon. They were gross. I called the manager and right away he became defensive offered to replace them with real filet mignon. I declined and asked for a refund he told me he offered all he could. I stated not a problem I would dispute with my credit card. I then received a text from this manager threating me that if I did dispute the order he would say they never received the meats back and I would not get a refund. I would never use this company again. Cannot believe I was threated. My text clearly show I was willing to return the product for a full refund. Yet he felt bulling me was the better option. I would never purchase from this company again."
