"Staff was friendly and honest about their prices. I made an appointment for tires and wheels and they had me out in a little over an hour. They also provide windshield wipers as a service, definitely recommend getting a set. "Had a 4pm appointment. Checked in early. Assured me it would be done at latest by 5pm. At 510 they still had not even taken the tires off. Each time I questioned them they had an excuse. In reality the guys in the back were messing around every time I looked or not paying attention to who had an appointment vs walking in. No attempt to make it right just a “sorry”. Wouldn’t have cared as much, but I had plans that evening and they promised with an appointment it was at most an hour. 90 minutes plus later…"
"I purchased my tires online last night, was able to make a 8:15 am appointment next day . They replaced 4 tires in 25 minutes, unbelievable service. Very friendly employees. I live in auburn hills Michigan , drove 40 minutes to this location because , the employees at my location was so rude . Will return here if I need service again."
