"Needs to post hours on door. Tried to stop by one morning and even when almost open time (as I found online after non showing on building) staff in no hurry to open that day. Finally got tired of waiting and went to another sports store for what I needed. I hope this was an off day rather than the standard way they run business."

"I had a driver fitting with Tim and he was awesome. Super nice guy with a lot of knowledge about the golf swing, golf products and fitting. He was able to help me configure my driver settings to maximize my carry and to optimize it to my swing. He also offered product recommendations that were spot on but was not at all doing it in a “sales” way but rather to help maximize what I can get out of my game. Tim was very patient and generous with his time and can’t recommend him and the store enough!"

The manager, Tim, was especially helpful with replacing a pair of shoes for my son during my last visit. He took care of dealing with the warranty and allowed me to do an even exchange for them in a completely hassle-free manner. Both Tim in particular, and this store in general, are excellent examples of providing great customer service."
