"Awful place to live if you have children. The manager takes childrens bikes and locks them in the maintenance shed if they are accidentally left somewhere other than the bike rack. They aren't allowed to ride bikes or skateboards on the walkways. You have to follow your kids around everywhere outside otherwise you get a violation with a nasty note. Sitting outside on my porch is not supervising my kids. My cousin came to visit me from out of town and she tried to have his truck towed for no reason. It was legal. The manager watches every guest you have and then assumes they live with you and then give your guest a no trespassing order so they cant come to your place anymore. She gives specific people violations and lets others do what they want. If a bike is left in the grass she takes it but allows someone else to have a fire pit in the front of their porch and tells them when the maintenance man is going to cut the grass. Dont move here if u want to live in peace."

"I love it here great place to raise my baby clean beautiful buildings affordable I have a two bedroom and both rooms are perfect sinks are small like a camper sink but I love that cause if it was big I'd be more prone to letting the dishes pile up the only thing I don't like is that downstairs is cold and there isn't carpet in the downstairs only the upstairs and I feel that since heat rises it should have carped downstairs and what ever type of floor this is upstairs so the downstairs keeps heat better n the upstairs cools easyer but I still love it five stars in my opinion"

"I’ve called multiple times and only had the phone answered once. I’ve left messages 3 or 4 times asking to be called back and leaving my phone number. I put in an application, paid the $15 for the application fee. They have a “now leasing” sign out, so it tried calling to see if they were actually leasing. Still have not received a phone call back. Definitely poor management."
