"Wonderful experience starting with my phone call for a 4-wheel alignment which I spoke to Bob, told me I could go right over, this is the day after Thanksgiving in the afternoon, this surprised me. Called again, spoke to Mike asked some questions was also very courteous. Got there, it was busy, however once again to my surprise I was attended to very quickly, car taken, and was out in less than 45 mins. Absolutely the best!! Thank you guys!! Definitely will return and recommend."

"As a single female I'm always worried that I will be taken advantage of in this type of industry- I really thought I needed to replace a tire, turns out I just needed a simple repair For FREE ( it had a nail in it) ! I also inquired about a oil change, I didn't know they performed that service saw it while I was in the lobby- even though they were closing in a hour , they added it on, and gave me a discount! Will definitely recommend and will return for new tires , when I need them."
"Let’s start of saying Bob Gray guy is a horrible liar. After waiting 2-3 hours he tells me the machine is down and they can’t put my tires on because if they do it the old school way it will scratch my wheels. Then when I told him put my wheels back on I need my car he told me to NEVER F come back here. They left close the shop basically my car was held hostage. The next morning I was told a completely different story the tires were mounted but couldn’t get air into them. After they were done he said car was done. I go out to take a look and 2 of my wheels are damaged, when I got one I seen smaller damage to the 3rd wheel. Also my driver seat has scratches on it. And my alignment is worse after they “fix” it. I was told they didn’t know it would be this hard to do it. Basically treated my Corvette like trash. If you have a nice car definitely stay away."
