"My friends and I did the St. Patrick's Day Bar event. It was over promised and under served. We all had a bad time. Rennell, the owner tried to explain what happened and why most of the day went left. However, nothing was done in a professional manner. I had to literally give a review for her to say anything. I spoke to her twice and the second time her response to me is what helped make my decision to put something on YELP as well GOOGLE REVIEW. As her exact words were, GIRL YOU STILL TALKING ABOUT THAT LITTLE $5 OR $10. First of all we were supposed to have a 50/50 Raffle which never happened on our bus. So what happened to the allocated funds???? Buses were NOT up to par and she didn't have anyassistance because she said her help backed out at the last minute. So her sister came to try and help. We got tshirts and a landyard basically when we were supposed to have shots and more the entire trip. She took the cooler off of our bus and put it on her other bus however she said she told us the shots were in the cooler but no one heard that. She offered $5 off my next event if I wanted, as if I want to do anything w her ever after her disconcern. My suggestion to anyone moving forward doing anything with Rennell and this group I suggest you should ask plenty of questions before paying. She needs to take account for our bad experience. There's so much more but it's too much to put here. ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND I have disputed OUR charges w our credit card company and bank. Hopefully she will recognize how People feel next time."
