"I would give zero stars if I could! That Stephanie lowers rent rates for those She likes and opposite to those who don’t bow down to her! They evicted Me even though they knew My rent would be paid the following week! They came and took all of Our belongings and put them all over the parking lot! Seriously that Stephanie was there to try getting whatever she wanted for herself! I’m also aware that she’s been collected from many other evictions! One neighbor who keeps up the pressure of Stephanie, told Me that she’s on meth every day but keeps her updated on privacy of others! She’s comfortable because she’s keeping her eyes on the dirty situation! I’m going to stop although I could go on. "I lived here for two years at the second bay by the pond. Is nice and private in the woods but not far from the grocery store and stores. One of the best places I've lived. Near a nice trail that spans across town and they kept the grounds clean n tidy. Had a mice problem in my unit but they helped fixed that quickly. No matter where you go there will always be some less than savory people living near you. Don't be friends with neighbors is the key to less problems."

"From Jason Bergman: Things wrong with our apartment, that have yet to be fixed, but they think they have the right to call me leaving me a voice mail about how I need to take care of flat tire on my second vehicle. Loud refrigerator has been called on, heard nothing. Our exterior wall has water damage since August, was told by both the resident manager and the property manager it will be taken care of, yet to be taken care of. This place is supposed to be income based, because my family makes more money we are considered full market renters. Our rent jumped up $300 a month the reason? They site rising energy costs and maintenance costs. Well I'm not sure how their energy costs have risen since the Tennant is responsible for gas and electric, and as you can tell by the following pictures maintenance has yet to be done so how can the cost be rising?
