"I had been looking all over for a gravel bike. I found one that I loved at Town and Country. It was a large purchase for me so I was a little hesitant. I came in to look at the bike at least 4 times and each time they were so helpful with all of my questions. They never pressured me at all! When I was deciding on a color, Mariah insisted that we take the bike out into the sun so I’d see what it looks like outside. She was so nice!! When I finally ordered my bike, it came in so quickly and they had it ready to go so fast. I brought in my own water bottle holder and they put it right on for me. Everyone who I talked to or dealt with was so nice, but Lance and Mariah were amazing!! I will definitely go back to town and country for all of my bike needs."

The staff walked me through the process and helped me find my dream bike and also made sure it was a perfect fit for me. They built and installed my bike rack which is so nice because I am not handy at all. The husband and wife who work there were SUPER knowledgeable and answered all my questions with a smile.
