"Horrible communication and customer service. Ordered a bike three weeks ago that, according to the order should have been shipped 3-5 and then 1-2 days for assembly. Ordered three weeks ago and still no word. When we called initially (a week after the order was placed), they told us that sometimes they have issues with not seeing orders that have been placed online (which seems like a pretty important thing to fix as a retail store). It is three weeks later now - no word, no updates and every time we try to call, there is no answer and their voicemail box is full."

Store has everything a bike enthusiasts could need, but casual family bikers should not be deterred. They fixed my child’s bike chain and training wheels quickly and for only $5. I’ll take all bikes here to be repaired or assembled in the future."
