"Horrible drivers."

"First the good: Our custom truck that they transported from Indiana to Virginia arrived dirty (obviously this is not in their control) and with no damage. The Bad: They picked our vehicle up on a Thursday with a delivery date for The following Tuesday night. We called the dealership Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and still had no truck but plenty of nervousness. Since the body company set up the transport the dealership had no idea where it might be. We eventually called the people who built the body which assumed the truck was where it was supposed to be since it was picked up on schedule. They called the logistics company only to find out that they had not even moved it from wherever they had it parked! This begs the question as to where it was sitting, on some Street somewhere, in someone's yard, or who knows! This caused us to lose our place in line at the dealership for getting it detailed and ready, and cause us to lose our reservations for our next trip and the money that we put down on it since we cancelled on short notice. Not to mention the aggravation and worry about where our truck might be and if it was damaged. This all could have been avoided with a simple phone call from the logistics company to either us, the body company, or the dealership. I got the name and number of the logistics company from the body folks and called them myself Monday morning, they assured me that the truck was in transit and would be there Tuesday only 7 days late! The excuse was that they had a lot of vehicles to move. I would have been much more understanding about this had they made one simple phone call to any one of the three possible contacts they had access to!."
