"“Be Aware From Expired Items “ I have been doing curbside delivery from years. I have never took any reviews. But I have been receiving expired food items on my curbside pickup from last consecutive order . I went to the store to return those items at the desk and expressed my concern to the desk person and preferred to talk to the manager. Manager came and looked at the items in the cart and left saying I will be back. I have waited half an hour for the manager she never came back so talked to the desk person about the same. Her answer was she hasn’t came back yet we issued the refund and that’s it. No communication at all until I ask. Receiving expired items and grumpy attitude from management. What a waste of my time."

"My wife and I were searching for the highly sought after Enzo bookshelves…couldn’t find them. We called around and contacted the Auburn Hills Sam’s Club, which is an hour from our house. An employee there, Dennis, went out of his way to locate and confirm they had these gems in stock. He went above and beyond to make sure they were not damaged knowing we were traveling from an hour away…in a snow storm. After getting there, he met us at their receiving location and helped us load them as well. "I come to this Sam's all the time. Usually the staff are great. Today I decided to try the snack bar! Big mistake! Changed my entire outlook on this Sam's. This employee I show here is the worst employee I have encountered in a long time. I ordered two slices of pizza. They only had one yet one was coming out momentarily. So, I said I would wait. But because I didn't want the single slice and said I would just wait for both from the one coming out. This upset this guy and he now wouldn't let me pay and wanted me to go to the end of the line. No. Sam's teach your employees proper Etiquette!"
