If they can't take a load or sense their hauler is going to be delayed (as we all know things happen on the road); they take accountability and remain straight forward in letting you. "I booked a Houston local load with this company specifically with Nick Loranc, when I called he told me the load needed to be picked up asap and deliver by noon which I did and arrived at the receiver at 11:30 AM but, when I checked in at receiving they told me that load was scheduled to deliver next day at 8:30 AM, I emailed Nick and let him know about that situation and then he forward my email to Brandon Bell (all the conversation was via email) Brandon asked me if I could deliver next day but I said no because I already have another load booked for next day, then, he presumably called the receiver and told me that they would take it at that moment, I asked him the person's name whom he had talked to and he said he didn't remember the name, and I told him I needed that name to give it to the person at receiving but he never responded to my emails again, I sent 4 emails every 10-15 minutes asking for a name or an answer but he never responded, my last email was to let him know that I would take the load back to the shipper but he didn't responded either, I made him a few phone calls but he didn't answer the phone either, then, I decided to take the load back to the shipper and explained what happened, they called the broker which it wasn't Keystone Logistics and then they unloaded my trailer without any problem. Fortunately I just do local loads and I could take the load back to the shipper but I can't imagine this situation with an OTR driver, If we have problem with a load the only person that can help us is the broker but what can we do if they don't answer the phone calls or emails, that's frustrating. I will never do a load for this company again."
