"This freight company damaged our shipment and refused to make it right. It's going to cost us $600 to replace the damaged piece. They literally ran a forklift through our package and the driver said he would make note of the damage but then denied it. I will never use this company again."

"Terrible service. They gave no notice for delivery on first damaged goods, just left in driveway. They gave no notice of pickup of damaged goods, luckily wife heard them arrive. A sad service company. Today I received an apology and looked at previous posts all got apologies but it still keeps happening."

"They had delivered to my home two times and both times, and both times the service experience was good. The last time they delivered they used a trailer with a lift which made unloading much simpler, and the driver placed the pallet inside my garage. That was much appreciated. Also, I only received half of the order and I called Dana in customer service and she did a check for me to see if there was anything on the way. I found out the second part of the order was never shipped. Thank you for the good service and assistance!"

"DISHONEST & UNRELIABLE CARRIER. Don’t recommend them. A replacement tailgate was shipped to me and the glass and the tailgate itself got damaged somewhere in transit. When i picked it up, it was nicely rapped and everyone acted like everything was ok. I should have sensed something was wrong since the reception lady seemed awfully nervous and out of breath when i arrived at the front desk, but i didn't. Long story short i got home to a tailgate with glass all over it. If somebody messed up along the way, take responsibility initially so your customers don't have to get the run around of who did what, like come on now, you running a business to serve people aren't you??"
