"Got my kid to school last month she missed the bus and then I got her to the school early."
"I’m A Polite And Loyal Customer Of 5 Years. Today I Was Told By Dispatch That The 5 Minute Wait Time & Call Back Is Not Something They Do On Their Busy Days Even Though They Are A Business And It Can Be Busy Everyday. That’s Not An Option That Should Be Given If It’s Not Everyday But Something The Customers Are Told, Used To, And Expect. I Called For A 9:15 Ride And Was Told It Would Be A Little After That. Well The Driver Came Earlier Than The Agreed Time And So I Proceeded To Rush And Grab Change For My 20$. The Driver Watched Me But When Handed My Money, As I’m Walking Out To The Bus She Begins To Drive Off Even After Waving/Calling Out. I Request A Certain Time For A Reason, So I Called To Express My Concern & See If She Was Returning. The Dispatcher Was Very Dismissive, Condescending, And Rude. After 5 Years I Would No Longer Recommend It."
"The drivers are really nice!! It’s the person you talk with to get the bus. They’re a little too comfortable in their seats and I think they are a little rude sometimes. Other than that, great experience!!"
