"This is more than a fine shop - to be fair they may carry a bit of a "bro vibe" when you first walk in. The place could sometimes feel disorganized but the sheer amount of bikes and bikes part lugging around. They sure have improved the whole set up since they opened several years ago but... Yeah, it may feel like a bikeman-caves-garage-extraordinary. However, their science and loves of bicycle shows in any advice, feedback, expertise the staff will have for you. They know their sh... Bikes! And they won't look you down or up because they will simply patiently listen to you and help you find the best solution. Mechanics are top notch especially when it comes to very specific and unique problems."

"I went to buy a bicycle with my middle school age kids. We walked in just behind someone else. That person was greeted and helped. We were completely ignored. We stood there patiently for 10 minutes and the employee did not even make eye contact! So we walked around the store and came back, same story, walked around again and came back, same story. In the loud voice I was saying I really hoped we could get help. No acknowledgement. So we walked to the back of the store where it looks like repairs happen. The same thing happened with the guy back there who is talking to someone else, and we stood there for another ten minutes with me saying loudly that I need some help. 40 minutes in and not even a "I'll be right with you." So we went over to Sic Transit Cycles and they were just the opposite: helpful and cool."
